A mistrial has been declared in the high-profile murder case of Massachusetts mother Lindsay Clancy after jurors failed to reach a unanimous verdict. Clancy is accused of killing her three young children, Cora, Dawson and Callan, at their family home in January 2023. She does not deny killing them but has pleaded not guilty on the grounds that she was not criminally responsible, with her defence arguing that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis. Prosecutors argued that the killings were deliberate and premeditated. After more than a week of deliberations, the jury remained deadlocked and the judge declared a mistrial. Prosecutors have yet to decide whether Clancy will face a retrial. The case has also attracted vocal supporters outside court, many wearing pink and arguing that Clancy's mental health should be central to how her actions are judged. Peter Barnes speaks with US attorney and political commentator Steve Gill. Have you got a story? Email tips@talk.tv Click here
