Iran has issued a fresh warning in the escalating showdown over the Strait of Hormuz, claiming its forces retaliated against six vessels after U.S. strikes on Iranian-linked oil tankers. The IRGC says three oil tankers travelling through what Tehran calls an “unauthorized route” were targeted, along with three vessels it described as affiliated with the United States in other areas.
