The final report into the Countess of Chester Hospital, where Lucy Letby murdered seven babies and attempted to murder seven others, is due to be released in days. Carl Bolton’s daughter was treated by Lucy Letby in 2016 and he says he wasn't aware that his baby was in a life-threatening situation.
