German voters in Magdeburg have rejected Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s description of AfD supporters as “idiots or traitors” after the nationalist party won 43.8% of the vote in Saxony-Anhalt’s state election. Voters cited frustration over migration, healthcare, the economy and Germany’s political direction, while others said the AfD result was needed to shake up the country’s established party system. The AfD secured 39 of 83 seats in the new state parliament, falling short of an outright majority but emerging as the strongest political force in the vote. #afD #germany #germanyelection #saxonyanhalt #magdeburg #donaldtusk #germanpolitics #election #electionresults #migration #germanynews #europe #europeanpolitics #nationalistparty #politicalshakeup #timesnowworld Stay connected with Times Now World for real-time global news and analysis: 🌐 Read full coverage: https://www.timesnownews.com/world 📱 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/timesnow.world 🐦 Follow us on X: https://x
