Emergency services responded to reports two cars - a yellow mini-Cooper and a black Mercedes sedan - were alight on Raynor Avenue, Abbotsford, at about 5:20 am. CCTV released by police shows two hooded figures douse the vehicles in an accelerant before they were ignited. The pair then fled the scene. A black Nissan Navara, parked on the opposite side of the road, was also doused but did not catch fire. Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze, which caused extensive damage to the two vehicles.
