This Morning presenter Andi Peters has responded to a viral clip of Miriam Margolyes asking him about his skin colour, saying in his job he is “ready for anything”. Margolyes asked the 56-year-old about the race of his parents and called him a historic American slur for a black person with lighter skin during an appearance on the ITV morning show last week. Replying to an Instagram post by fellow TV presenter Jeremy Vine about the video, Peters wrote: “As you know we have to be ready for anything.” Speaking with Broadcaster Jonathan Sacerdoti, Talk's Peter Cardwell says: "Miriam Margolyes likes to sort of put herself across as a sort of hilarious, nice old granny, you know, 85 years old, bit of a national treasure. But actually, she says loads of offensive things!" #miriammargolyes #andipeters #petercardwell #talk Have you got a story?
