It was only a matter of time before we tested DLSS 5 out on a selection of games to see if all the hype around it is justified. With two test systems running a curated list of games from across modern gaming history, we saw what it can do, what it does well, what it doesn’t, and a few things it wasn’t supposed to do, but did anyway. Of course, the first thing we did with our findings after we made sense of them was to put down everything we learned for you to check out. Strap in as we take a trip spanning several attractive destinations in modern gaming, each of which got the DLSS 5 treatment with varying results. Does it make things better, or is it taking too much away from artistic interpretations of the games its working on? Join us and find out.
