It's three years since three people were killed on the streets of Nottingham by a man who had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia - and today the inquiry has come to an end. Valdo Calocane killed students Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar, both 19, and grandfather Ian Coates, 65, before trying to murder Wayne Birkett, Sharon Miller and Marcin Gawronski with a van on June 13 2023, in Nottingham, leaving them seriously injured. He is currently detained indefinitely in a high-security hospital after prosecutors accepted his not guilty pleas to murder, at his sentencing at Nottingham Crown Court in January 2024. This special documentary from ITV Central examines how opportunities to stop the triple killer were missed. • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow ITV News on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@itvnews?lang=en Follow ITV News on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itvnews/ Foll
