Kevin Reddington, the attorney representing Lindsay Clancy, took to ABC's "Good Morning America" Tuesday to ask President Donald Trump to pardon his client, something Trump could not actually do given he has no jurisdiction in state-level cases. Clancy, a Massachusetts native, has been charged with three counts of homicide after allegedly fatally strangling her three children, 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan. After a 5-week trial, a deadlocked jury failed to render a verdict in the case, forcing Judge William Sullivan to declare a mistrial. CBN News' Tré Goins-Phillips and Raj Nair discuss Reddington's latest request of Trump and where the case currently stands.
