Iran has reportedly launched at least 20 missiles at two Jordanian airbases hosting U.S. forces, Muwaffaq Salti and Prince Hassan, in what Tehran described as retaliation for U.S. attacks on Iranian tankers in the Persian Gulf. In a separate development, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said it seized a U.S. Dive-LD unmanned underwater drone, describing it as a highly advanced system. U.S. Central Command disputed the significance of the capture, saying the drone was an older malfunctioning model that carried no sensitive equipment. The developments mark another sharp escalation between Iran and the United States, with U.S. military positions, regional bases and Persian Gulf shipping increasingly caught in the confrontation. #iran #iranwar #iranvsusa #iranvsus #usmilitary #jordan #jordanairbases #iranmissiles #missileattack #usforces #middleeast #middleeastcrisis #persiangulf #iranattack #usbase #militarynews #breakingnews #geopolitics #irgc #underwaterdrone #usdrone #pentago
