Jon Stewart is speaking out after the release of 170,000 pages of previously undisclosed records concerning air quality in New York City following the September 11, 2001 attacks. Stewart criticized city officials over what he described as a failure to protect and inform residents, saying officials “covered it up to get back to business as usual.” The newly released records are raising fresh questions about what authorities knew about the dangers in the air and when the public was informed. The revelations could reignite a major debate over the government’s handling of the 9/11 aftermath and the health risks faced by people living and working near Ground Zero. #JonStewart #911 #September11 #911AirQuality #JonStewart911 #GroundZero #911Truth #911Records #AirQualityDisclosure #NewYorkCity #911HealthRisks #September11Attacks #911Files #911Investigation #BreakingNews #JonStewartSpeaks #NYCAirQuality #911Victims #911FirstResponders #GovernmentAccountability ---------------------------
