A daughter's heartbreak after her parents were killed in the recent Spanish wildfires and her anger at how she says the authorities failed them both before and after they died. Pete and Fran Gillam were trying to escape the rapidly-spreading flames but, with no guidance on where to evacuate to, they tragically drove to their deaths. Their daughter Danielle says the warning came far too late to save them and then, adding insult to injury, she found what's thought to be her father's remains after attending the couple's cremation service. • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow ITV News on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@itvnews?lang=en Follow ITV News on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on X: https://twitter.com/itvnews
