Julia Hartley-Brewer and The Critic political editor Henry Hill accuse Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband of prioritising domestic political concerns in imposing a ban on imports from Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories. Julia questions why the Government is focusing on Israel while severe abuses continue in countries including China, Sudan, Iran and Afghanistan. She warns that the announcement could embolden antisemites and damage Britain’s intelligence, trade and diplomatic relationship with Israel. Have you got a story?
