Pakistan has strongly condemned Houthi attacks on civilian and economic sites in Saudi Arabia, reaffirming its support for the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Foreign Ministry spokesman Sajjad Haider Khan said Pakistan would respond if the conflict spills into Saudi territory, citing mutual defence agreements between the two countries. The attacks targeted areas including Abha and Jazan. The developments also raise questions over whether Pakistan could use its relationship with Tehran to help ease tensions while strengthening its defence commitments to Saudi Arabia.
