The NTSB now says one of the pilots of the crashed Amazon cargo plane warned about their high speeds, seconds before it ran off the runway at Miami International Airport and killed five people. Investigators are looking closely at the plane’s landing, showing the 767 appeared unstable as it touched down too fast at 180 miles per hour. NBC News senior correspondent Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
