Daniel Billings has been sentenced to 28 years in prison for the murder of Molly Ticehurst, a mother and childcare worker from Forbes who was stabbed to death in her home in April 2024 after Billings violated a restraining order. Police are confident they stopped a planned shooting last night that was to be carried out in the Rossmoor area, arresting two men who are expected to be charged with planning and participating in a criminal group.
