Democrats launched a fiery attack on Donald Trump after the GOP convention in Texas, accusing the president of making empty promises and failing to address the rising cost of living. During a press event in Dallas, Democratic lawmakers called Trump the “biggest liar to ever serve” and slammed his economic policies, tariffs, healthcare cuts and handling of the Iran war. House Democrats also criticized Trump’s proposed $5,000 dividend, questioned his affordability agenda and warned that American families are struggling with higher grocery, gas, housing and healthcare costs. The lawmakers said Democrats are preparing to make affordability, accountability, healthcare and corruption key issues heading into the 2026 midterm elections. #DonaldTrump #Trump #Democrats #GOP #GOPConvention #Midterms2026 #USPolitics #TrumpNews #DemocratsVsTrump #Texas #Congress #Election2026 #CostOfLiving #TrumpTariffs #BreakingNews Also Read H-1B Shock For Indians?
