Zohran Mamdani delivered a solemn address commemorating 25 years since the September 11 terror attacks and the 2,753 people killed in New York. Describing each victim as a universe lost, Mamdani also remembered the thousands who later died from illnesses linked to the toxic air around Ground Zero. He paid tribute to the workers who helped colleagues escape, the residents who opened their homes and the New Yorkers who waited for hours to donate blood. Mamdani said remembering 9/11 requires more than recalling the city’s darkest day. It demands building a city worthy of the victims’ sacrifices—one where New Yorkers continue to run towards one another. #ZohranMamdani #Mamdani #September11 #September11Anniversary #NeverForget #NewYorkCity #NYC #911Memorial Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
