Jon Stewart delivered a powerful and emotional message to Congress during his 2019 testimony over the future of the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund. Standing alongside 9/11 first responders, Stewart demanded action from lawmakers, arguing that those who risked their lives on September 11 had already done their duty — and that Congress needed to do its job. His emotional appeal helped draw national attention to the fight for long-term medical and financial support for victims and their families. The House Judiciary Committee later passed the bill unanimously, followed by approval in the House and Senate. #JonStewart #911VictimsCompensationFund #911FirstResponders #September11 #911Memorial #NeverForget #JonStewartCongress #Congress #911Heroes #FirstResponders #911Survivors #JonStewartTestimony #DailyShow #911Justice #USA911 #BreakingNews #USPolitics #AmericanHistory #September11Attacks #911Families #oneindianews #oneindiaenglish #breakingnews #worldnews #englishnewslive #englishnews #l
