The people in Gander Newfoundland are gathering to commemorate the outpouring of love and solidarity to their American neighbours on 9/11. This anniversary as we face threat and insult from the United States. 25 years later, Charlie asks us to look at how profoundly the relationship has changed. But there is another 9/11 that we must remember: it took place in 1973, when an American-backed coup took out the democratically elected government of Salvador Allende in Chile.
