The Xiaomi 18 Fold is a squat foldable phone like the Samsung Z Fold 8 and Apple Ultra, but which bendy blower could be best? Well, here's a squint at the Xiaomi 18 Fold from IFA 2026, showing off the design and other bits. Powered by the XRING 03 chipset and boasting some next-generation memory tech, the Xiaomi 18 Fold is certainly a foldable phone worth keeping an eye on. It hasn't gone global yet, but you've got a massive battery, Leica camera tech and a hardy finish. I'm hoping it'll hit the UK so I can do a Samsung Z Fold 8 vs comparison soon. As well as the Xiaomi 18 Fold, I also saw some other cool smartphone tech at IFA 2026. From Tecno's bezel-free screen, to a RugOne blower with a detachable camera, here's the best stuff I saw over in Berlin.
