Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said on Friday that Minsk plans to conduct a combat-readiness inspection of the entire army, including mobilisation preparedness. Lukashenko said the military needs a “shake-up” and that the forces would be tested as they would be in a war. An artillery brigade is currently undergoing an inspection, following earlier checks of tank and motorised rifle units. Lukashenko said Belarus is incorporating lessons from modern conflicts into the exercises, while stressing that the country is preparing for war “so that it doesn't happen.” The announcement concerns a readiness inspection and does not constitute an order for actual mobilisation. #belarus, #lukashenko, #belarusarmy, #belarusmilitary, #mobilisation, #militaryreadiness, #warreadiness, #belarusnews, #lukashenkonews, #russia, #ukrainewar, #easternflank, #europe, #geopolitics, #breakingnews, #worldnews, #militarynews, #defence, #nato, #war In this Times Now World News report, we break down th
