Vladimir Putin has accused powers accustomed to “colonial” thinking of resisting the formation of a multipolar world through tariffs, sanctions, economic coercion, blackmail and military force. Addressing BRICS leaders in New Delhi, the Russian president said some countries continued dividing the world into a “flourishing garden” and “wild jungles” while living at the expense of others. Putin claimed established powers were attempting to contain emerging competitors by interfering in domestic affairs, rekindling existing tensions and provoking new conflicts. He argued that the confrontation was weakening international institutions and causing the wider system of global relations to malfunction. #Putin #BRICS #Russia #MultipolarWorld #GlobalSouth #Sanctions #TariffWar #NewDelhi Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
