Hannah Israel, called baby mini donkey Hee Ha, "her son." She planned on raising her own human kids with him. She bottle fed and raised the donkey in her home- and says the baby donkey literally bonded with her as his "mama." On the night of August 30th, everything changed for Israel, when Cedartown, Georgia police entered her property without permission in a search for a 12 year old girl (who was later found). When Hee Ha galloped up to the group of officers in his pasture in the dark of night, he brayed at them-Hannah Israel says he was just saying "hello." But the police claim that the mini donkey was 'threatening and attacking' them, and moments later baby Hee Ha lay dying from a bullet round on the pasture hill.
