Donald Trump has weighed in on a possible pardon for Lindsey Clancy after her attorney appealed to the president for clemency in the high-profile Massachusetts murder case. Asked whether he would intervene, Trump said there is “no win no matter what you do” and pointed out that Clancy’s case is a state matter, not a federal one. That distinction is crucial because presidential pardon power does not extend to state criminal cases, leaving any clemency decision outside Trump’s direct authority. #DonaldTrump #Trump #LindseyClancy #ClancyCase #Massachusetts #Pardon #Clemency #TrumpPardon #USPolitics #CrimeNews #CourtCase #LegalNews #TrumpNews #BreakingNews Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
