Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday delivered a speech at Session I of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, India. In an interview with CMG (China Media Group), Frans Machate, president of the Media and Communicators Network of South Africa, said that the speech, with the four global initiatives as its overarching vision, charted a path for future BRICS cooperation.
