In 1977, humanity launched something designed to survive far longer than the people who made it. Bolted to Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 is the Golden Record: a gold-plated copper disc containing images of Earth, greetings in 55 languages, music, natural sounds, human voices — and even the recorded electrical activity of a woman thinking about love. But the strangest part may be that almost nobody involved expected aliens to ever find it. The record was built to survive for roughly a billion years. Its cover contains instructions, a pulsar map and even a uranium clock designed to reveal when it was launched. So what was the Golden Record really for? This documentary explores what we chose to preserve, why Voyager may carry traces of humanity long after we are gone, and what it means to create something knowing nobody may ever see it. -- DISCUSSIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA Commercial Purposes: insanecuriositybusiness@gmail.com Tik Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@insanecuriosity Reddit: https://www.reddi
