This episode explores the lives of three families facing serious illness and ageing. Chor Sai cares around the clock for his wife Khou Noi, who has ALS and can no longer care for herself, even modifying wheelchairs and waking every two hours at night to attend to her. Philip, diagnosed with ALS 11 years ago, remains determined to stay independent, supported by his wife Mavis, who balances a full-time job with caring for him and their family. Meanwhile, Ngit Wah gave up her job to care for her 105-year-old mother, whose dementia and mobility problems have made her increasingly dependent. Once distant, their relationship grew closer through years of caregiving. Despite exhaustion, uncertainty and sacrifice, families find strength in companionship, reminding us to cherish our loved ones and make every day together count. 00:00 Introduction 01:51 She kept falling not knowing why 04:04 Man survived ALS for more than 12 years 06:53 67-year-old looking after 105-year-old 08:49 Finding ou
