The ecological crisis we face is, at its core, a crisis of perception. Through artificial intelligence, emotion technology, and interdisciplinary artistic practice, Alex Long Yuan transforms the subtle respiration of plants, the passage of time inscribed in tree rings, and fluctuations in human emotion into powerful experiences of light, sound, and space. Inner sustainability forms a foundation for rebuilding our relationship with the world. True sustainability is not about humanity positioning itself above nature and attempting to “save” the Earth, but about rediscovering our resonance with the living world and relearning how to belong to this planet. 1、International Interdisciplinary Contemporary Artist 2、Emotion Tech Innovator. Co-founder of INOASIS 3、Sole Commissioned Artist for the UN Forest for Life Project This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
