Italy's Defence Minister Guido Crosetto has urged European nations to overcome what he called "selfishness" and strengthen cooperation on defence, warning that Europe cannot adequately respond to growing cyberattacks, drone threats and disinformation by acting alone. Speaking alongside Bulgarian Defence Minister Dimitar Stoyanov at Bezmer airbase, Crosetto backed a proposed European centre to counter hybrid threats, while calling for greater European responsibility for its own security and less reliance on the United States. Italy and Bulgaria are expected to push the proposal at an upcoming meeting of EU defence ministers. #italy #europe #eu #guidoCrosetto #europeandefence #defence #nato #cyberwar #cyberattacks #drones #hybridwarfare #disinformation #bulgaria #russia #ukraine #geopolitics #military #security #us #europeanunion Stay connected with Times Now World for real-time global news and analysis: 🌐 Read full coverage: https://www.timesnownews.com/world 📱 Instagram: https://ww
