This talk was presented in TEDxNICYouth 2026 with the theme of the event being "The Ripple Effect" Dennis Wei Lie Ching sees himself as a bridge-builder between industries, cultures, and generations. A citizen of Taiwan, he operates in the high-stakes world of global manufacturing across Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Taiwan. Beyond his professional leadership, he is also a competitive Hyrox athlete who believes that the discipline developed in the gym mirrors the discipline required in the office, laboratory, and manufacturing floor. He brings these perspectives not only as a global executive, but also as a father and community member, emphasizing how the smallest motions can create the largest waves and lasting impact. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
