Born without arms or legs due to the rare condition Hanhart syndrome, 27-year-old Briel Adams-Wheatley found fame as a beauty influencer during the pandemic after sharing make-up transformations and candid insights into life without limbs. Briel came out as transgender in 2023 and continues to use her platform to challenge assumptions around disability and gender with her 6 million TikTok followers as well as modelling at New York Fashion Week.
