What if your greatest obstacle isn't failure, but your own potential? We're often taught that being "full of potential" is something to be proud of. But what happens when potential becomes a place we hide? In this talk, Norhan explores the subtle trap of endless preparation, self-improvement, and waiting for the "right time." Through personal experiences and hard-earned lessons, she challenges the audience to stop treating potential as an identity and start turning it into action. Because the greatest loss isn't failing, it's never discovering what you're truly capable of. Norhan Nada is a Computer Engineering student at Cairo University, a technology enthusiast, and a public speaker passionate about innovation and personal growth. Her journey has taken her from winning Red Bull Basement Egypt to reaching the global Top 10 in Tokyo, claiming first place at the GEM Hackathon, and representing Egypt at international conferences in Serbia and Turkey. She also participated in the Youth Dip
