At least three people have been killed in a helicopter crash in Los Angeles while reporting on a deadly bus collision just two hours earlier. The NBC helicopter crashed near a storage building and burst into flames in the Chatsworth neighbourhood of the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday. News crews had been covering a bus crash which occurred in the area and left at least two people dead and six others injured, according the Los Angeles Fire Department. In total, more than 50 firefighters responded to the incident. In a post on X, the Governor of California Gavin Newsom thanked emergency crews responding to both crashes and said “our hearts are with the victims and families.” The cause of the crash is being investigated. ------------------ • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow ITV News on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@itvnews?lang=en Follow ITV News on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/
