Hong Kong is set to unveil its first five-year plan, with Chief Executive John Lee saying the blueprint will include both binding and anticipatory targets. Lee stressed that the plan does not signal a move towards a planned economy, saying some targets will be binding on the government while others will serve as forward-looking indicators. The plan will be unveiled alongside Lee’s annual policy address and will feature a blue cover symbolising openness, progress and steadiness. --- Hong Kong Five-Year Plan | John Lee | Hong Kong Policy Address | Hong Kong Economy | Hong Kong Politics | Hong Kong News | China Hong Kong | Five-Year Plan Explained | Hong Kong Government | Asia News | Firstpost #hongkong #johnlee #hongkongpolitics #hongkongnews #fiveyearplan #chinapolitics #asiapolitics #hongkongeconomy #policyaddress #firstpost Firstpost is an Indian news and media website.
