President Trump's newly formed Board of Peace says a plan is in place to disarm groups in Gaza. An envoy from the Board has briefed the UN Security Council on the second phase of Gaza's ceasefire agreement. He called on Hamas and other armed groups in the Strip to accept the framework, saying laying down arms would be a decisive break from the cycle of violence. Al Jazeera’s Gabriel Elizondo reports from the UN headquarters in New York.
