One of the biggest rumors surrounding Greta Gerwig's upcoming “Narnia” movie has now been confirmed: Meryl Streep will voice Aslan. Gerwig revealed the casting in an interview with Empire, explaining why she chose the legendary actress to portray C.S. Lewis' beloved lion — a character widely understood as a representation of Jesus Christ in “The Chronicles of Narnia.” CBN's Billy Hallowell and Tré Goins-Phillips discuss the casting, how much creative liberty Hollywood should take when adapting C.S. Lewis' work and whether Christians should be concerned — or avoid fueling controversy before seeing the finished movie.
