Iran's Revolutionary Guards say they struck a Togo-flagged oil tanker attempting an "illegal passage" through the Strait of Hormuz, setting the vessel on fire and forcing it to stop. The UK Maritime Trade Operations confirmed an attack near Khasab on the Omani side of the Strait, while reporting the crew safe and no confirmed environmental impact. Authorities are investigating as UKMTO warns ships to transit with caution through the strategic maritime chokepoint. #Iran #IRGC #StraitOfHormuz #Hormuz #OilTanker #TogoFlaggedTanker #MiddleEast #GulfCrisis #MaritimeSecurity #UKMTO #PersianGulf #ShippingCrisis #OilTrade #GlobalShipping #BreakingNews #IranNavy #HormuzAttack #TankerAttack #Oman #Khasab Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
