A United Nations investigation says there are “reasonable grounds” to believe the US committed war crimes in Iran. It relates to at least two air strikes in February, including one that killed more than 150 people at a school. Most of them were children. The attacks became an early symbol of the war's human cost and fuelled Iran's calls for retaliation. Al Jazeera’s Zein Basravi reports.
