This TEDx Talk explores how many of our life choices are shaped not by what we truly want, but by social expectations, peer pressure, and inherited beliefs. Like a black box, we see the inputs and the outputs, yet rarely question the code that connects them. The talk invites us to pause, examine who wrote our code, and consciously choose whether we want to keep living on autopilot, or rewrite the code it ourselves. Navya Singla is a Grade XI student whose curiosity lies at the crossroads of technology and human behaviour. Fascinated by robotics and artificial intelligence, he enjoys exploring how algorithms, patterns, and code can offer deeper insights into the way people think and make decisions. Believing that technology is as much about understanding people as it is about solving problems, Navya hopes to inspire others to question the invisible code that shapes their lives and become conscious architects of their own future. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED confere
