Two women allege that their photographs were found among Epstein’s collection of sexualized images and are seeking class-action status, damages, and a court-supervised process to identify and notify others who may have been affected. The lawsuit also makes allegations about a locked “modeling book” that allegedly contained sexualized images of children. These claims are allegations contained in the court filing and have not been established by a court. Epstein was not charged with child sexual abuse material offenses. The case could bring renewed scrutiny to Epstein’s estate, the handling of photographs and investigative materials, and whether people whose images were allegedly collected were ever notified. #JeffreyEpstein #EpsteinEstate #EpsteinLawsuit #EpsteinFiles #EpsteinCase #EpsteinInvestigation #EpsteinPhotos #FederalLawsuit #ClassActionLawsuit #EpsteinVictims #EpsteinSurvivors #SexualAbuseCase #LegalNews #BreakingNews #CourtCase #FederalCourt #SouthernDistrictOfNewYo
