Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney broke into a playful imitation of US President Donald Trump while addressing his party caucus about Canada's clean-energy investment, repeating his description of the project as the equivalent of 18 Hoover Dams while adopting Trump-style gestures and facial expressions, prompting the room to erupt in laughter. The moment came during Carney's remarks highlighting what his government has described as the largest clean-energy investment in North American history, a package worth roughly 70 billion Canadian dollars encompassing hydro, wind and storage capacity across Newfoundland and Labrador, Quebec and Indigenous partner nations. The lighthearted exchange offered a rare comedic break during an otherwise policy-heavy address covering Canada's economic diversification efforts and trade relationship with the United States. #timesnowworld, #markcarney, #trump, #carneymockstrump, #canada, #viral, #hooverdams, #cleanenergy, #canadapolitics, #carneyimpressio
