Today I’m testing 4 kitchen gadgets that range from clever to completely unnecessary. The headliner is an all-in-one mixing bowl with a built-in scale that claims to replace your measuring cups, measuring spoons, kitchen scale, and mixing bowl. I put it to a real-world test by making a batch of cookies from scratch. I also test a self-stirring rice washer and egg scrambler, an orange peeler with a strange membrane-removing feature, and a double-barrel grape cutter that slices two grapes at once. Some of these worked surprisingly well. One was pretty much useless. Which of these would you actually use?
