Hundreds of migrants remain camped on beaches and streets in Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta as Spanish authorities and military personnel work to expand temporary housing facilities at the city's port. Following a massive influx of over 72,000 arrivals from Morocco in late July, an estimated 10,000 people remain stranded in the territory. Riot police cleared makeshift camps along El Trampolín beach to transfer people to a newly constructed port shelter with capacity for 1,700. However, human rights NGOs warn that over 4,000 migrants continue sleeping rough in tents and on pavements, criticizing Spanish and EU authorities for moving too slowly to fulfill basic shelter requirements under the European migration pact. #Ceuta #Spain #Morocco #MigrationCrisis #EU #HumanitarianAid #BorderSecurity #PortOfCeuta USN: RW396919092026RP1 ---------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to DRM News – your go-to source for breaking news and expert analysis on globa
