Views of Nuuk, Greenland, following the announcement of a new agreement involving the United States, Denmark and Greenland on Arctic security. U.S. President Donald Trump said the agreement would give Washington “permanent control” over Greenland’s security, while Denmark and Greenland said the deal respects the territory’s sovereignty and the Greenlandic people’s right to self-determination. The agreement is expected to be signed during the United Nations General Assembly in New York next week, although key details of the pact have not yet been publicly released. The deal would allow an expanded U.S. military presence in Greenland and restrict potential military or sensitive investment activity by U.S. adversaries. #Greenland #Nuuk #DonaldTrump #UnitedStates #Denmark #Arctic #GreenlandDeal #USGreenland #ArcticSecurity #Geopolitics #WorldNews #BreakingNews #DRMNews LIVE: Nuuk Views After US, Denmark and Greenland Reach Security Deal | AC15 Nuuk Greenland, Nuuk, Greenland, Greenland
