Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claims it intercepted and destroyed another U.S. MQ-1 drone over the strategic Strait of Hormuz using what it described as a new advanced aerospace air defence system. The IRGC also claimed that heavy losses of MQ-9 Reaper drones have forced Washington to bring the retired MQ-1 Predator back into service.
