Is there a possible link between female suicide and the menopause? In this documentary we investigate whether women could be dying needlessly because of mental health problems caused by the menopause and peri-menopause. That's what researchers at one university think, and they have evidence that increased diagnosis of HRT could save lives. We've also investigated the amount of training given to new doctors about the menopause. Some medical schools told us they teach as little as one hour over a five-year course.
