An 11-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot in the face and neck inside an apartment in Norwest, Sydney's northwest. Police have charged 18-year-old Isaac Beshara, the boy's half-brother, with concealing an indictable offence after three young men present at the scene refused to cooperate with investigators or reveal the location of the weapon.
