Something strange just appeared in the skies over Iran, and people are trying to figure out exactly what they witnessed. Videos circulating online appear to show a mysterious formation of multicolored lights over Tehran, immediately triggering questions about UFOs, UAPs, drones, military technology, and unexplained aerial phenomena. Current reporting has not established exactly what the object or lights were. But there's another reason this story caught my attention. Tehran has a history with one of the most famous UFO incidents ever reported. In September 1976, Iranian military aircraft were dispatched after reports of a strange object over the Tehran area—an incident that later appeared in declassified U.S. government records. The historical case does not prove any connection to today's footage, but the coincidence makes this new sighting even more interesting. So what appeared over Iran? Was it a drone or drone formation? Military technology? An aircraft or illuminated object
