Dr. Laryssa M. Creswell is an author, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Music Therapist, and Associate Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology and brings more than two decades of experience helping women and teen girls heal from trauma, generational burdens, and identity-related stress. As the founder of Fearlessly Inspired Therapeutic Solutions, LLC, she combines trauma-focused clinical practice with a deep understanding of the emotional patterns people develop to survive and the toll those patterns take over time. She is also the co-founder of Sisters In Healing, a collective supporting BIPOC women in leadership and legacy. In her TEDx talk, she explores how the roles we take on in childhood to survive can quietly become the identities we carry into adulthood. Often praised as strength, reliability, and selflessness, these unconscious adaptations can leave us exhausted and disconnected
